eastlake male youth initiative

2022 - 2023

On the 2nd Saturday of each month during the 9-month program, the Eastlake Male Youth Initiative hosts workshops that provide young African American males with opportunities to cultivate leadership skills through mentorship from business, civic, and community leaders. These workshops are centered around four functional outcomes:

1. Build leadership and life skills

2. Promote leadership by example

3. Cultivate leadership through mentoring

4. Lead and develop community impact
